AnnA Desk Administration
With AnnA Desk, we have the ability to manage human support. It is possible to create support groups, add or remove agents, configure automated messages, protocols, and define activity logs.
Accessing AnnA Desk
AnnA Desk is located on the main screen of the system; right after logging in, you will be able to view the module. Click on it to start managing.
By clicking on the AnnA Desk module, we will have the following management options:
- Manage groups;
- Manage users;
- Media gallery;
- Media categories;
- Phrase gallery;
- Contacts gallery;
- Service dashboards;
- Sequencers;
- Activity logs.
