Understanding Customer Chat

Whenever a new customer arrives, you will be notified audibly and the little bell in the top right-hand corner of the screen will show a notification. This notification tells you that a customer is waiting to be attended to. See the image below, the little bell on the screen is showing a notification. To visualise the service, click on the bell.

Starting a Chat

To start the service for this customer, click on the SERVICE button, if the SERVICE ON WAITING option is active, click on the customer’s name and click on the confirm icon to carry out the service for the selected customer.

After clicking to attend to the customer, the chat screen will open and you can start your conversation with the customer. Whenever you need to, you’ll find this conversation in the Chat List, located on the left-hand side of the screen.
