Creating a template.

You can request a template from a support professional on the AnnA team.

Single message template

To request a single message template, you need to send us the message in a .txt file with the name in the format:

name_lastname_date. Example: template_test_20230530.txt. The request must also be formalized by email.

Template request:

TEMPLATE NAME: [name_lastname_date]

MESSAGE: [Message content]

Template with media

The process will be the same as before, adding a media file to the submission.

Template model:

TEMPLATE NAME: [name_template_date]

MESSAGE: [Message content]

MEDIA: [MEDIA FILE OR LINK]

Template with buttons

A template can have up to three buttons and may or may not contain media.

Template model:

TEMPLATE NAME: [name_lastname_date]

MESSAGE: [Message content]
