What is AnnA Chat
AnnA Chat is the web chat of the AnnA platform. It brings to the browser the same conversation that would happen over WhatsApp: the same service, the same automated flows and the same history, with nothing to install.
You do not create an account or choose a password. Access always happens through a link, which may arrive over WhatsApp, be published on a company website, or be opened automatically by a system where you are already signed in.
What you can do
Section titled “What you can do”- Talk by text with the automated service and with human agents.
- Send documents, photos, videos and audio, and receive files back.
- Record audio straight from the browser.
- Share a location on the map and open locations you receive.
- Answer with buttons and option lists sent by the service.
- Choose the language, the visual theme and whether the new-message sound plays.
- Pick the conversation up where you left off, with all the previous history.
