Language, theme and notifications
Everything lives in the Menu button (⋮), in the chat header.
Language
Section titled “Language”Português, English and Español are available. The change applies immediately to the whole interface and is stored in your record, so the next visits already open in the chosen language — even on another device.
The interface language does not change the language the service answers in.
The menu lists the themes available in the environment, each with a Light and a Dark variant, plus System theme, which follows your device preference.
The company may publish its own themes, with custom colors and background image; in that case they appear in the menu alongside the standard ones.
The theme choice is stored in the browser. Opening the chat on another device, or in a private window, brings the theme back to the environment default.
Notifications
Section titled “Notifications”Mute notifications turns off the sound played when a new message arrives; Unmute notifications turns it back on. The initial state is defined by the company, and your choice is also stored in the browser.
