The device is remembered

After the first access, the browser stores the authorization. Closing the tab and coming back later opens the conversation directly, with no code — as long as you have not logged out and the browser data has not been cleared.

Logging out

Section titled “Logging out”

In the Menu (⋮), use Log out. The chat shows Logging out… and then the screen Thank you for using AnnA Chat, confirming the session was ended securely.

After logging out, a new access link is required to come back. Always log out on a shared computer.

If We couldn’t log you out appears, check your connection and try again.

What else ends the session

  • Clearing the site browsing data (cookies and local storage).
  • Using a private window: closing it loses the authorization.
  • Authorizing the same device again, which replaces its previous session.

More than one device

Section titled “More than one device”

Each device has to be authorized once. When you open the link on a new device, the chat asks for the 6-digit code — see Authentication. Devices already authorized keep working normally.
