Recording
Section titled “Recording”The Record audio button starts recording with the microphone. While recording you can:
- Pause and Resume;
- Play what has been recorded so far;
- Delete and start over;
- Send.
The first time, the browser asks for permission to use the microphone.
While it uploads
Section titled “While it uploads”The chat shows Uploading audio… until it finishes. If something fails, Audio upload failed or Audio delivery failed appears, along with the Retry audio button — the recording is not lost.
Recording or attaching
Section titled “Recording or attaching”Recording is for audio captured on the spot. To send an audio file that already exists on the device, use Attach file → Audio, like any other attachment.
When recording does not work
Section titled “When recording does not work”| Message | What to do |

| Audio recording requires a secure connection (HTTPS or localhost). | Open the chat through the secure address provided by the company. |
| This browser did not produce a supported audio format. | Try another browser; if it persists, send the audio as an attachment. |
| The camera or microphone is temporarily unavailable. | Close other applications using the microphone and try again. |
