In a call centre, as well as being able to upload a file to the system and then send it, we can also send files quickly in a call centre, without having to save the file in the system. To do this, we use the Attach Media functionality. To access it, follow the steps below:
- Click on the clips icon in the chat toolbar. The attach media screen will appear on the right-hand side;
- Click on Upload. Select a file from your computer or phone;
- Add a subtitle if necessary (Optional);
- Click on the Send icon.
